Quail Hunt
SInce the days of the first plantations, american sportsmen have known the true joys of pursuing bob-white quail. The likes of Washington and Jefferson reveled at the sight of pointing dogs lacing back and forth across expansive fields and the suspense of walking intot the feathered whirlwing of a rising covey.

- Season beigns October 1st, 2011, through March 16th, 2012
- Morning hunts begin at 7:30 AM, Afternoon hunts begin at 1:30 PM
- Lunch is served at 12:30 PM
All of our hunts are fully guided and include 12 birds oer hunter for half day hunts and 24 birds for full day hunts, snacks and drinks during the hunt, a southern style quail lunch and the cleaning and packaging of the birds.

Turkey Hunt
We appreciate your interest in turkey hunting at Quail Creek Plantation. we hunt the ture wild and elusive Osceola gobblers under 100% fair chase conditions. The spring turkey hunts include three nights stay with full accomodations for lodging and meals, two and one half days of hunting, guiding service, sporting clays, hog hunting, fishing, quail hunting and of course the harvesting of one Osceola gobbler for $3,000 (1,500 deposit is required). Season begins the 3rd Saturday in March and runs for 6 weeks.


Pheasant Hunt
On a few select days, we host our continental pheasant tower shoots. 400 Ringneck pheasants and 300 wild pigeons will be released from an elevated tower surrounded by 12 shooting stations. the price of the hunt includes a day of wing shooting and fine dinging consisting of a gourmet meal with assorted wines and beer served in the field of white china in the style of the classic safaris of the golden era. Festivities will begin at 9:00 AM.

Birds will be cleaned, packaged, chilled and made available to all shooters following the shoot.
A full southern style breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 a.m. in our dining room. from there it si on the buggies to a scenic ride to the shooting grounds. Wing shooting will begin approximately at 9:30 a.m.
