Timber Rock Pheasant and Quail Hunting
Booking spots for our Continental Pheasant Tower Hunts – These hunts start at 11 am on Saturdays. Pheasants are released from a 40 tower that is surrounded by 10-20 shooting stations depending on the number of hunters .Stations are located 60- 100 yards away from the tower.10 pheasants are released per hunter one at a time from the tower. After 10 pheasants are released hunters rotate one station to the left, to give all hunters equal time from all stations. 15 pheasant and 20 pheasant per hunter shoots can also be done for private group bookings. After half of the pheasants are released we will break for a hot homemade dinner and dessert that is included in the price of the hunt.
These pheasants will be flying high and fast (YOUR SHOOTING ABILITY WILL BE TESTED).2 and ¾ inch #6 magnum shells are recommended. No shells larger than #6, and no steel shot. All pheasants will be divided equally between hunters when the hunt is completed. Pheasants can be breasted out and packaged for an additional $1 per pheasant.

$160 for 10 pheasants per hunter
$240 for 15 pheasants per hunter
$320 for 20 pheasants per hunter
If you can put together an entire group of 10-20 hunters you will receive a 5% discount off of your group price. You can also book your own dates and starting time, as long as that date is not previously booked.
If you are coming as an individual or a small group you can book your hunt for one of our previously scheduled hunt dates.
All tower hunts must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance with a 50% non-refundable deposit received 1 week prior to hunt.
Hunts start October 1 and run through March 31.An orange hat, vest, and safety glasses are required. A Missouri small game permit is required, or a preserve permit may be purchased on site for $5. All participants must sign a waiver before the hunt begins. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone born before 1967 must have a Hunter Safety Certification Card.

Half day hunts are from 9 am -12 pm or 1 pm -4 pm. A minimum of 5 pheasants or 10 quail per hunter must be purchased for a half day hunt. The price of a half day hunt is $ 80 for half day pheasant and $60 for a half day quail. Full day hunts are from 9am -4 pm. A minimum of 10 pheasants or 20 quail per hunter must be purchased for a full day hunt. The price of a full day hunt is $160 for a full day pheasant hunt or $120 for a full day quail hunt.
Extra pheasants or quail may be added to any of these hunts for more action (with advance notice). Extra pheasants $16 apiece, extra quail $6 apiece. Pheasants and quail may also be put together for a combination hunt.
Bring your own dogs, or if you don’t have any you may wish to use one of our guides and dogs. Half day guide price is $ 60, and a full day guide price is $120.
