We spend a lot of time managing thousands of acres of Kansas whitetail deer habitat through Trophy Management Practices to produce the Kansas Trophy Whitetail bucks Kansas is famous for. We have a minimum harvest-able score of 130 inches. In our region of Kansas that is on average a two to three year old buck.
| We hunt thousands of acres loaded with coyote, and bobcat, and more acreage is added every year. Hunting methods include bait piles, decoys, and sit and call using both mouth and electronic calls. We are usually successful at calling predators into close range. You can expect to have shots from ten to three hundred yards. We typically hunt predators with 17 HMR’s all the way up to .300 Winchester Magnums. We have an over abundance of coyotes on our property. We are not only a hunting lodge we are also a working cattle ranch, so you can bet the coyotes are out there, usually not far from our herd. Sit out on our porch one evening and you will here why our predator hunters are so successful. Don’t worry if you have little or no experience with predators, our highly skilled guides will be glad to show you the ropes. Just come and try predator hunting one time and you will see why this sport is quickly becoming so popular. |
