Cedar Bluff Lodge is located half-way between Denver and Kansas City along the Smokey Valley Scenic Byway, 16 miles south of I-70. Overlooking Cedar Bluff Reservoir the lodge is surrounded by rock bluffs, rolling natural grasses and wildflowers. Located on private property the area is home to the finest pheasant, waterfowl and big game hunting in the state. Cedar Bluff Reservoir has been recognized nationally for its bass and crappie fishing.
Cedar Bluff Lodge is a destination B&B Inn offering quality whitetail and mule deer, wild pheasant, quail, dove, duck and goose hunts. We are a licensed and insured Kansas Hunting Outfitter and Guide Service. With many acres of private land exclusive to our guests, you will experience Kansas hunting at its best. At Cedar Bluff Lodge we wish to share with you our luxury of solitude, and wide open spaces to rest and refurbish the soul. Breakfast is served daily in the dining room located on the main floor.

Kansas Hunts
Cedar Bluff State Park in Western Kansas is surround by 9,000 acres of wildlife area, making this area some of the finest upland game bird and big game hunting the state has to offer. Quality whitetail deer are known to be abundant in the state, but also a small population of mule deer. An excellent source of food, including grains and alfalfa make for trophy deer. Private land exclusive to the lodge guests, you are sure to get your trophy deer. All hunts follow the guidelines set by the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks for seasons, limits, and regulations. No alcohol will be consumed prior to or during the hunt. Our guide can also offer group recommendations to keep your hunt safe.

The Rooms
The Migration is named for the migratory birds, in memory of our son TJ for his love of the lake, the ducks, geese and other hunting experiences this area has to offer. This suite is the top floor of the inn and captures the log home feeling with a cathedral ceiling, private bath, king bed, kitchenette, two snuggle seats fold out for additional sleeping, sitting area and private west deck for viewing our beautiful sunsets. A portion of this suite rental will be donated to TJ's memorial fund.
 The Chicken Coop is the main floor of the inn, with 2 bed rooms, living room, dining room, private bath, kitchenette, sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, and private east deck to watch the sunrise, and hear the rooster's crow (pheasant, quail and many other birds).
Bluff Lodge
The Tack Room (above) is the lower level of the inn, with a western atmosphere this room opens to a walk-out patio with a breath taking view of the lake. With 2 bedrooms, private bath, kitchenette, sitting area, leather sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. The bath features a claw foot tub with an open shower area.
