Whether it's a hunt with friends or family you have found the huting destination that you want. We specialize in wild pheasant hunts, but we also offer bobwhite quail, and some of the best deer hunting in the midwest.
We are located 75 miles North East of Garden City Kansas in the heart of pheasant territory. With the Smokey Hill River as our Northern border and the Cheyenne Hills to the south you are in for some of the best pheasant and deer hunting you will ever encounter. With over 2,000 acres of prime managed hunting habitat that will give you and your hunting party a hunt that is second to none.
We offer CRP, tree groves, row crop and food plots which allows us to give you the best in hunting and beautiful scenery.

Pheasant Hunts
Smokey Hill Outfitters uses dogs and walkers and utilize blockers at the end of fields. We hunt CRP, Row Crop Fields, Weed Rows, and Wheat Stuble Fields.
Deer Hunts
Deer hunts can be done several differnt ways. We can put you near a food plot in one of our stands or ground blinds or we could put you in the area of some big bucks and tell you where you are most likely to see them then the stalking is up to you! We have some very nice whitetails and mule deer that are taken in the area every year.
Predator Hunts
Are for coyote(etc..) These hunts are done with electric call and moving around in the grasslands, stands, and ravines.
Before the Hunt
Licenses
Before we can get in the fields there are a couple of things you need to know. Hunter education is required in the state of Kansas if you were born after July 1, 1957. You must carry your card with you while hunting in Kansas. You must also have a valid hunting license. A license can be purchased through the Kansas Wildlife and Parks web page.
Weather The weather in Kansas can change quick. It is important that you pack both warm and cold weather gear to help you enjoy your hunt. You can check the weather on our site or feel free to call us.
Meals
Depending on the package you and your group decide on we will either provide all of your meals, or if you choose to bring your own. There is a local store with all the supplies you need, or there is also a gas station with a deli.
Lodging
All bedding is provided unless you would prefer to bring your own.
