Walking into the LaSada Clubhouse is like coming home -- where your favorite room is full of hunting and outdoor artifacts. The 3200 sq. ft. room is designed to accommodate both individuals and groups, and can easily seat 100 people at country-style oversized tables. Whether you've come in from a full day of hunting or an exciting round of sporting clays, the clubhouse gives the sportsman a relaxing place to unwind. Have a bite to eat, play a game of cards, rehash the days hunt, and share the simple camaraderie of friends. There's no place better from which to watch the sun set on a clear Kansas sky.

Book your next business meeting or retreat with LaSada. We will work with you to provide your group with a peaceful atmosphere in which to accomplish all of your goals. Our spacious Clubhouse is available to rent Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for $35.00 and up. We will cater your meeting with snacks or a full meal, but either way, the coffee is FREE. Combine your meeting with an afternoon hunt or a round of sporting clays for an exciting and fun-filled day. Dining Facilities

Are you looking for a unique and different dining experience in a spectacular setting? Then LaSada is for you! We offer the finest in country dining in a romantic atmosphere. LaSada's restaurant is located on the banks of the Smoky Hill River. You can dine on the very best cuisine and watch a beautiful Kansas sunset from our spacious and beautifully decorated Clubhouse. Before or after dinner you can take a walk along our asphalt pathway, that winds along the Smoky Hill River and through scenic Kansas meadows. Our menu changes weekly, and varies from Pan Fried Chicken and Steaks to International Cuisine. LaSada's restaurant is open Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.. In order for us to offer the finest dining experience possible, we require all of our guests to have a reservation. It was a search for that "perfect" pheasant dog that brought us to the English springer spaniel. In 1990, we purchased our first springer - and a true love affair commenced.

The springer has been dubbed the "king of pheasants", but they are much more than that. Our dogs have been bred for a calm temperament, which makes them a perfect companion dog. Equally at home in the field and the house. They will hunt anything from pheasants to quail, ducks, grouse, rabbits and woodcock. Springers are the ideal rough-shooter’s gun dog.

A Woodhaven Springer is a top quality, field-bred English springer spaniel. They are bred for temperament and outstanding hunting abilities. Our springers come from excellent hunting stock. Woodhaven Springers have proven themselves year after year with countless days afield in pursuit of a variety of upland birds - as well as in various hunting events and competitions.

Recently, we have added the diminutive English cocker to our kennels. The field-bred English cocker spaniel is a small "heat seeking missile" when it comes to hunting. They have unsurpassed energy, enthusiasm and hunting abilities - and as with the springers, the English cocker makes an excellent companion dog. These little dogs are wonderful house dogs and a loving addition to any family. German shorthair pointers are one of the most versatile of the pointing dog breeds. At ease in the upland bird fields tracking down wounded game and retrieving to hand, they are also accustomed to water retrieves and work any type of cover with ease.

Our German Shorthairs have direct ancestry to German lineage. Currently, we have both the popular liver and white GSP as well as the beautiful black and white GSP. Our shorthairs have hunted pheasant, quail, huns, sharptails and prairie chicken - as well as the occasional waterfowl. The German shorthair really comes into his own in the vast expanses of CRP grass that abounds in Kansas. Working their game quickly and efficiently, the GSP will point it’s quarry and hold for the flush and shot. It is quite a sight to see; a well trained shorthair holding at point on a crisp fall morning when a raucous ring neck pheasant bursts skyward. There is a lot to be said about hunting and gunning over a well bred, well trained pointing dog such as a German shorthair. Our shorthairs are bred for temperament, hunting abilities, tracking and retrieving to hand.
