Looking for a Special Wingshooting Trip? Look no further than Hill Top Hunting Lodge in Nebraska. We offer Pheasant, Quail, Deer, Turkey and Fishing. We also offer personal guides and dogs, or you are welcome to bring your own hunting dogs as well!
We have a ranch style hunting lodge with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths; one of them is a private bath. There is a recreation room with a pool table and darts. In the Living room area you can watch T.V. and talk about the days hunts, or just relax and enjoy the fireplace and remember for your meals it is just good oh country “cookin.”
Our hunting area is 3500 acres and 1200 acres of this is CRP with 175 acres planted into food plots ( Corn, Milo, Cane, High oiled Sunflowers, Alfalfa and Wheat ) we do mow strips through out the CRP and food plots to make the walking easier. We have a lot of canyons with trees and thickets through out the rest of place. Here you will find some of the finest Nebraska pheasant hunting and quail hunting around. Our turkey hunting here in Nebraska is second to none and the Nebraska whitetail deer hunting and mule deer hunting is like no other. With such an abundant food sources, we promise only quality pheasant, quail, turkey and deer hunting experiences.
All of our hunts will include guide dogs if needed, lodging and 3 hearty meals a day.
On your upland hunt you won't find many places any better, the guides and dogs are some of the best you will find in Nebraska. There is plenty of birds and shooting that goes on at the Hilltop Hunting Lodge. Start out the day with a great breakfast; all you can eat. While eating breakfast just watch out the windows of the lodge and enjoy watching the birds flying from roost to the food source. We normally start our hunts around 8:00 -8:30 a.m. There nothing like seeing the dogs on point and the hunt is on, the shooting starts and the retrieve are being made.

We have some of the finest Nebraska upland hunting that you can ask for here in Nebraska. You will have plenty of shooting at the Hilltop Hunting Lodge.
We have 1200 acres of CRP grass with food plots planted through out the place ( Milo, Corn, Cane, Wheat, Alfalfa and High oiled Sunflowers ) the best part of it is there is no driving time, the upland bird hunting starts as soon as you walk out the door at the Lodge.
We have great # of Pheasants, Quail and Chuckers and if you choose to come early in Sept. you can also add a Dove hunt right with it.
With a great Upland hunt you will get a Professional Guide, Dogs, Lodging, 3 good oh country cooking meals and up to 10 birds a day. If you have your own dogs you are welcome to bring them along.
Our Turkey hunts will start out with a early breakfast then the hunting guides will be ready to take you to the area you've been waiting to see. Turkeys will be coming out of roost all over and you will hear what will sound like 100's of turkeys. The hunting guide then will start his attack with the calls trying to pull the “big boy” over to where you are at. We won't hunt at the roost and we try to stay far enough away so they keep coming back. Normally you will have chances at different Tom's at the same time and it's your choice which one you want.

We have some of the best Nebraska turkey hunting for Merriam Turkey that you can find in Nebraska, with experienced turkey hunting guides. We have taken a lot of Tom's with beards from 81/2" to111/2" and a few with a 12" beard. We have a lot of food sources that the Turkey enjoys dining on. There is several different roosting areas on the place with a great # of Turkeys all over. On your Turkey hunt at the Hilltop Hunting Lodge it will include a Guide, lodging, 3 meals a day for 3 days and 4 nights and if choose to do so, you can shoot a second Turkey.
In our area they have unlimited permits and each individual is allowed to get 2 permits.
The Hilltop Hunting Lodge has a lot of different hunting habitat. The hills and canyons are covered with thickets and trees along the sides that join with a lot of grass cover with different types of food plots through out the center of the grass. We offer pheasants, quail, turkey, and deer. If you are not a hunter you can enjoy some of the finest fishing in the central part of the state of Nebraska, going after Walleye, Northern Pike, Crappies, Wipers, White Bass or Catfish.

The hunting we have to offer should give you a chance to do a lot of good shooting. We have a 10 bird a day limit, or for an additional fee you can shoot more. Turkey and Deer hunts you will have to draw a permit through the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission. Hunter Safety Courses is required for hunters born after 1977.
When the day is over and you want something to do you can enjoy the rec. room or just sit around the fireplace and enjoy the fire and TV. The lodge will serve you 3 meals a day of the Good Old Country Cooking. Once you've had a good night sleep and your belly is full it's time for the hunt. You will be provided with your own personal guide and dogs or you can bring you own dogs. Kennels will be provided to house your dogs.
On a Deer Hunt you will start with a breakfast early in the morning. The guides are ready to take you to the field around 5:30 a.m. You will be sitting in a blind waiting to see the sunrise then you see something and your heart gets to pumping the guide will say oh lets him go there is some bigger then him. Late in the morning the guide will take you to hills there you will be scoping things out then the stalking will start.

If things don't work out In the evening or 3:30 p.m. you will head back to the blinds to wait for feeding on wheat, corn, milo, alfalfa normally you will see a lot of movements at this time of day.
At the Hilltop Hunting Lodge of Nebraska, you will have a chance to shoot Mule deer or Whitetail deer. We've been doing a tight management on our Deer heards. We only sell a few hunts a year to give each hunter a chance to get a nice buck. This is quality Nebraska deer hunting
with 3500 acres and a lot of canyons and trees for prime deer hunting. We will sit up in ground blinds in early mornings and evenings and the rest of the time you will be stalking and scoping the areas out and enjoying the Nebraska scenery.
There are food plots planted through out the place with corn, wheat,alfalfa and high oiled sunflowers making good drawing areas for whitetail deer and mule deer.
All of Deer Hunts it will include professional deer hunting guides, lodging and 3 meals a day for 3 days and 4 nights.
