Here at Audubon Outfitter’s we understand that offering just one type of package doesn’t work for everybody. That’s why we will custom tailor a package to fit both your schedule and your wallet. We also understand that most of you don’t have the time to be researching outfitters trying to find the right one for you and your group. Don’t worry, we’ve done the work for you. Audubon Outfitters has extensively researched and inspected each and every destination and outfitter we represent. Best of all, our service is FREE to you the outdoor adventurer. We’ll even help make sure you get the proper licenses, directions, and whatever else we can help with.

At Audubon Outfitters we believe in supplying our guests with a full day of hunting. Start the day off decoying in some giant honkers and spend the afternoon chasing the untamed ringneck. You may also choose to strictly hunt pheasants or geese. Whatever your passion, we offer a package built around you.

We offer either a 2 or 3 day hunt package comprised of whatever species the hunter may choose.

Season dates:
Pheasants: Oct. 8(tentative) – Jan. 1
Early Goose Season: Sept. 1- Close not set
All Waterfowl: Sept. 24 – Late Nov.
depending on weather.

Audubon Outfitters is nestled in a secluded region of North Dakota surrounded by thousands of acres of prime pheasant, duck and goose habitat. Each morning will be greeted by the invigorating sound of ringnecks cackling and geese serenading each other on beautiful Lake Audubon. In fact, hunting usually begins only a few feet from the lodge. Land variety includes CRP, native grasses, tree rows, corn plots, and sloughs. Whatever your physical condition, Audubon Outfitters has the right terrain for you.

Audubon Outfitters prides itself on strict and diligent management of our wildlife habitat. The wild pheasant population at Audubon Outfitters is abundant and the number of geese in the area is at an all time high this season. Audubon Outfitters’ professional guides and dogs will guarantee each hunter action-packed days. 

Audubon Outfitters’ lodge is a showcase of western history. The rustic décor and meals cooked on an authentic wood stove will put the Wild West into perspective. After a long day of hunting guests can enjoy watching the magnificent North Dakota sunsets from the front porch or unwind by the fireplace while swapping hunting stories. Comfortable beds, warm meals and modern facilities promise a relaxing visit.
