50,000 ACRES OF HUNTING
The YT Ranch provides guided dove shoots, morning and evening. Services includes: guides, bird cleaning, all meals, and lodging. On the YT Ranch there is a three room bunkhouse with eight various sized beds, two full baths, full kitchen, central heating and cooling. Lodging is also available at a local motel in Kermit, TX (19 miles south), or several locations in Andrews, TX (26 miles north).
- Shells are available in most gauges. Call for sizes and pricing.
- If you want to fill the whole day with hunting we have varmint hunts guided by champion callers who also do nighttime hunts. Call for pricing, availability, and other details.
- A $100 deposit per hunter (non-refundable) is required before your hunt is booked.
- The season is Sep. 1 through Oct. 30.
OTHER INFO
- No alcohol allowed on the ranch.
- West Texas is well known for its unpredictable weather. Please come prepared for hot and cold, dry or wet weather.
- Each hunter will be required to sign a hunting agreement and release of liability upon arrival.

MULE DEER HUNTS
2 managed land mule deer hunts in West Texas. Excellent mule deer. Season runs through Jan. 3.
 
HUNTERS NEED TO PROVIDE
CLOTHING: Camouflage for mesquite bushes, sturdy boots, jacket, hat, etc.
SHOTGUNS: YT Ranch can sell you shells in most gauges, or you can bring your own. We suggest UPS shipment in advance of arrival.
ICE CHESTS: Hard body ice chest (as required by airlines) for transporting birds back to your home. Hunter is responsible for shipping.

Until a few years ago I shot white wings in Mexico for many years, and now shoot mourning dove here in the Mid-South every weekend beginning in September and culminating with outstanding shoots in Texas. Although I have previously shot at other locations in West Texas, nevertheless, your ranch far and away offered the finest mourning dove shooting that I have ever experienced. The final afternoon this last October indeed was spectacular, as I imagine that we saw perhaps a thousand or more doves inside the six o'clock hour, would you not guess, all in absolutely gorgeous West Texas weather and evening sky.

My wife and I have enjoyed hunting on the YT Ranch for the last two seasons on opening day. The last season we found the mourning dove hunts spectacular. I have not seen that many dove outside of Mexico. Rob Leese was an expert guide who did a good job getting us to the right location at the right time. Our hunts were done in a leisurely fashion since it was easy to limit out within an hour or two at each water hole. I would recommend the dove hunting to anyone, and it is as close to "hot barrel" hunting as you can find in the United States.
