Bay Flats exists because we offer quality wing-shooting while giving personalized service to a limited clientele. We specialize in small parties and emphasize hunting quality and enjoyment of the outdoors. We cater to your needs. Professionally trained dogs and comfortable blinds are our specialty. The lodge plays hosts to many duck hunters in and out of state who are looking for that lifetime trophy redhead, pintail, blue wing teal, and cinnamon teal.

Our "Blast & Cast" packages includes morning wing shooting for ducks followed by a relaxing afternoon on the bay fishing for speckled trout, redfish and flounder or returning to complete your limit with an afternoon of hunting. Either way your afternoon is totally booked. With half or full day hunts and a combo option like the "Blast & Cast" you are sure to get the most out of your stay.

Tipping
 
Every member of our staff is dedicated to taking care of you the customer.  The guides will do their best to put you on the hunt or fishing trip of a life time and our kitchen and cleaning staff will cater to your every need.  Tipping is greatly appreciated and at the discretion of each guest.  Below is a guideline of what is typical.
 
Guides- $75.00-$100.00 per day.
 
Lodge Staff- $10.00 per guest per day.
 
Keep in mind these are only guidelines and the final decision is up to you based on your experience.
 
General Booking, Deposits and Cancellations
 
Due to limited booking dates and space at Bay Flats Lodge, at the time of reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the cost of the entire party will be collected. This cost is to be based upon the number of people booked at the time of reservation. Bay Flats Lodge can book only a limited number of parties on any one date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon!
 
Rescheduling 
 
We are fully aware that circumstances may arise where rescheduling is necessary. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment and have to reschedule, a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged for each boat booked. This money will be paid directly to our guides. Bay Flats Lodge prides itself on operating with our own full-time guides.

While attending to special needs of small private groups is a given, we consider corporate groups a specialty. Bay Flats Lodge is the ultimate location for off-site meetings and team building. The staff at the lodge provides the perfect backdrop for combining business and pleasure. We make the arrangements that fit the specific and varied needs of the group.
