Each fall we hunt pheasants in the farmland of the lower Duchesne River valley. There you will enjoy guided Utah pheasant hunting on 3000 acres of private farmland. Is there anything as wonderful as walking in autumn fields, watching fine gun dogs coursing before you, in search of upland game? The thrill of strong, hard flying roosters with a raucous voice and colorful plumage bursting into flight will be remembered long after your visit.

The Ashley National Forest and High Uintas Wilderness is our million-acre backyard. The vast tracts of untouched pine with peaks over 13,500 feet are sprinkled with hundreds of crystal clear lakes, and streams like the Rock Creek, and Yellowstone that are filled with wild brown, rainbow, brook, and cutthroat trout. It is a wilderness where elk, deer and moose are abundant. The diversity of this country provides our magnificent outdoor adventures as well as the spectacular setting of the lodge itself.

Don't fly-fish or wing shoot, you can step out the front door and discover the diverse flora, fauna and views of Stillwater Canyon. Enjoy a picnic on the shores of Moon Lake in the High Uintas Wilderness. Play 18 holes of golf in nearby Roosevelt. Visit nearby Dinosaur National Monument or explore the ancient petroglyphs in Nine Mile Canyon. Many guests simply relax on the expansive deck over looking the canyon and read a book.
